She's damn sexy; She's hot actress and model from Tennessee; Well, she’s Megan Denise Fox, better known as Megan Fox, and she’s in spotlight because she has topped the For Him Magazine’s sexy list of 100 Sexiest Women in the World for 2008.

The blue-eyed American beauty, Megan Fox, best known for her roles on the television series Hope & Faith and in the 2007 film “Transformers,” beat out the beauties, such as Scarlett Johansson and Angelina Jolie to get the No. 1 spot in FHM's sexy list.

JR Futrell, FHM Online U.S. Editor, said, "Megan is the deserving winner of this year's FHM title. She's young, she's hot, she's a rising star and her sex appeal has definitely transformed this year's list. She's got a great future ahead of her."

Megan Fox was originally listed at no. 68 in 2006 and at no. 65 in 2007. Other than Fox, FHM’s list's top ten include Jessica Biel, Scarlett Johansson, Hilary Duff, and "Battlestar Galactica" star Tricia Helfer. Jessica Alba, the year 2007 topper fell to No. 3 on the list.

According to FHM, top 100 for year 2008 have been picked on the basis of 9 million votes polled by readers. Other actresses that found berth in the sexy list include Lindsay Lohan (16), Cameron Diaz (18), Beyonce Knowles (20), Jennifer Aniston (42), Eva Longoria Parker (59), Fergie (60), Katie Holmes (65), and Paris Hilton (77). Britney Spears is listed at No. 100.
