This was homecoming week at the local high school here, and my son has been very busy.  Each day this past week was dress up day of some sort.  School colors day, favorite sports team shirt day, 80's day and so on.  Thursday was career or job day.  The kids were supposed to dress up in clothes that represented a certain job. My son decided to dress up as the high school principal.  As a result my redheaded son left for school looking like this!   I couldn't look at him without laughing. He didn't smile for the picture because he was trying to look more like the principal.  The principal loved it, and so did the other students. He also spent every night this week helping his class build their homecoming float. They made a float that said "Rock the Patriots."  Our school mascot is a bear which I'm not sure you'll be able to tell from these pictures.  The opposing team's mascot from last night's game was a Patriot, of course.
