Dona Nobis Pacem
"Dona Nobis Pacem" - Latin for "Grant Us Peace" Today I am participating in Blogblast for Peace. November 5, 2009 Bloggers from all across the globe will blog for peace. We will speak with one voice. One subject. One day. When I think of peace, two things immediately come to my mind. One is the song in the video below, "Let There Be Peace On Earth (And Let It Begin With Me)." I think the only way we can create peace in our world is to first find peace within ourselves. That is why I decided to post this song for today. I believe that is the message that it shares. This song has been sung by many different voices, but this A Capella version sung by the PS22 Children's Chorus that I came across was the one that really captured my heart with its simplicity and beauty and feeling.
