Went to see The Lincoln Lawyer

June 1, 2011. R and I went to see The Lincoln Lawyer (Brad Furman, 2011). Script John Romano. Novel Michael Connelly (2005). A good time to be had, undoubtedly. Extremely effective movie adapted from an effective book. Matthew McConaughey is fine as Mick Haller. Marisa Tomei and Ryan Philippe are fine too. It has other people I like: Michael Paré (he's aged quite a bit), John Leguizamo (remember To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar?), William H. Macy, Josh Lucas, Frances Fisher (perfect part for her). It even has Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston.
